The City of Remiremont aims to create in 2023 a multidisciplinary health home (MSP) with doctors, nurses, an orthoptist, a physiotherapist and psychologists grouped into an interprofessional society of outpatient care (SISA des Abbesses). The building will be rented to these professionals who have already all signed the reciprocal commitment and the statutes of this partnership. Indeed, the provision of care in the municipality is low. Accessibility of care is a key element in the performance of health systems. In Remiremont, the primary care system, or "primary care", is deteriorating. It no longer sufficiently meets the expectations of professionals and public authorities, and is no longer adapted to the demographic and epidemiological changes of the Romarimontese population and its urban periphery. Indeed, the suburban municipalities of Remiremont face the same problem and come to Remiremont to see doctors or other professionals. The concerns are indeed multiple and concern as much the improvement of access to care, the quality and continuity of the first-resort system, as the taking into account of the expectations of health professionals aspiring to a quality of exercise. It is in this context that the City of Remiremont is building a multidisciplinary health home, to try to provide a response to the needs of the organization of community care.
