The project carried out by the Community of Communes of the Country of Sainte Odile (CCPO) aims to build an administrative and technical pole in Obernai with a floor area of 2300m2. Passively laminated, the building will combine environmental performance and bioclimatic architecture with its status as a public building. This headquarters will host the agents of the CCPO and other inter-municipal structures, the plenary bodies of elected officials and a house of services to the public in order to strengthen the presence and diversification of public services in the territory. The building will comply with the rules related to accessibility for people with disabilities.
