The Grand Est Region wishes to promote the professional integration or return to sustainable employment of people excluded from the labour market, and to this end it organises a structural continuing vocational training offer, known as the "basis", which can be renewed annually: the Regional Training Programme (RPF). This program organized by sector of professional activities and by territory aims to offer a training path to employment ranging from the validation of professional path to the qualification required for this access. Its purpose is to provide jobseekers with an appropriate training response at any stage of their career path, while ensuring continuity of career paths and providing a capitalization opportunity for jobseekers. The training measures covered by this application are based on pathways to occupations and are intended to accommodate 2 803 trainees.
