A broad consultation was carried out ahead of the work related to the Contract for a Regional Plan for the Development of Vocational Training and Guidance (CPRDFOP) 2023-2028, in order to raise the expectations of stakeholders in the employment-training-guidance ecosystem. This highlighted in particular the major and priority challenges in terms of regional information and guidance policy: - Life-long support and guidance for audiences; - Visibility of procedures and information measures on training and occupations; - The decompartmentalization of governance and the development of a logic of territorialization of action. These issues are fully in line with regional competences and are already strongly supported by the Directorate of Attractiveness of Trades and Training (DAMF). However, the Territorialization component of the regional information and orientation policy is not currently deployed throughout the regional territory, because only 4 Regional Houses (Charleville, Saint-Dizier, Thionville and Haguenau-Saverne) are currently equipped with Orientation Mission Officers. It was therefore decided to supplement the four existing posts of Guidance Officers by recruiting eight additional posts through the creation of permanent post supports and the mobilisation of the ESF+.
