Recognized player in social and professional integration for more than 30 years, the ADPS group is experienced and competent to manage training, support and remobilization schemes for audiences with the most varied profiles. The human is at the heart of their pedagogy in an inclusive approach towards employment. Thus the device entitled Second Souffle Adulte "2SA" is truly part of the fight against occupational social exclusion and more generally it joins the will to act in the prevention and fight against poverty. It is above all built and designed as a gateway to restore the person's employability. This system will be divided into two pathways: 2SA "New Socio-Professional Start" over 13 weeks in the centre (with the possibility of up to 6 weeks during the period of professional practice): a support system for people who are far from work and in social precariousness. 2SA "Confidence Skills" over 8 weeks in the centre (with the possibility of up to 2 weeks during professional practice): Accompanying device for people with social or professional obstacles.
