The project consists of the partial demolition of sports facilities, the rehabilitation of the common areas of the cultural part of the centre and the construction of new facilities over a large area: tripling of the surface area of the gym, construction of a new judo room, creation of a weight room, increase in the number of changing rooms, creation of a conviviality space for the multisport room, an infirmary and storage rooms. The equipment is complemented by the construction of a new green space workshops for the maintenance of the adjoining football fields and track and a new housing for the goalkeeper. The work also includes an important component of making the site accessible to PRM (installation of an elevator, fitting out of sanitary facilities, changing rooms and PRM showers) and energy renovation of the building (installation of photovoltaic panels and the installation of new heat production by a heat pump and gas backup to replace a highly energy-intensive oil boiler).
