The association Dedans-Dehors aims to allow access to better being through complementary health practices. It is aimed at people in situations of fragility (Migrants, caregivers, seniors, women victims of violence, sick people...). Through a global vision of well-being that includes stress and emotion management, adapted diet, gentle physical exercise and contact with nature, the association offers support tools adapted to needs. During collective meetings, creating social ties, these tools are proposed, experienced so that the participants appropriate them. They aim to allow people to be actresses of their best being in the long term. The ESF+ will create jobs within the association in order to implement its objectives and consolidate its economic model. I
