Since 2014, Pépite ETENA has been creating entrepreneurial experiences for students and recent graduates with the objective of promoting the quality of professional integration by acting on the development of people before the performance of projects. This rationale translates into three main tasks: to awaken the spirit of entrepreneurship, to train in the entrepreneurial approach, to support project leaders from ESR institutions. The project aims to strengthen the capacity of Pépite Etena to irrigate the local economic fabric of young entrepreneurial talents. It is based on three objectives: - the development of a resource centre for entrepreneurial pedagogies: a space for pooling and coordination between the operators of the actions and a place for co-production of innovative pedagogical content that will feed the actions for students for more visibility and readability. - The diversification of support programs and partner networks to offer specific pathways to different sectors of activity, available on all Alsatian university campuses - the strengthening of cooperation with the other 2 Pépites of the Grand Est Region in order to stimulate cross-fertilization and increase the visibility of student entrepreneurship in the territory.
