The RNR mission is composed of 3 employees in charge of the 9 RNRs and a mission manager. Employees will prepare and lead management committees. They will be the guarantors of the implementation of the management plans and will ensure their follow-up. They will develop, implement and monitor the action programmes in the NRRs (territorial animation, management, monitoring and valorisation). In connection with the scientific mission, they will co-construct the scientific monitoring program, contribute to it and enhance the results to adapt the management of NRR. The head of the RNR mission will ensure the operational supervision of the employees in charge of the RNRs. It will be responsible for the budgetary programming and implementation of the overall action programme for the 9 NRRs. It will intervene in transversal exchanges with external actors, in connection with public policies and with the RNN mission of CEN Alsace. It will contribute to the territorial anchoring of the NRRs and to relations with external actors and will intervene in support of the employees in charge of the NRRs as needed. He will lead the projects for the creation of new RNRs and extension projects with the scientific mission, and will take charge of issues related to land and regulations. The scientific monitoring components and management plans (revision, evaluation) will remain the responsibility of the scientific mission on the basis of an action programme co-constructed with the RNR mission.
