Re-Match wants to set up the first synthetic turf recycling centre in France. As part of this project, the company plans to create 38 FTEs in the next 3 years. This plant will be set up in the Grand Est region in order to benefit from a strategic location, allowing it to recycle synthetic turf from the following countries: France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Luxembourg. It will make it possible to manage the entire processing and upcycling chain of synthetic turf from these 6 countries. The Re-Match process, which will be implemented at its French plant, was developed as part of the European H2020 project. It is an innovative "dry" recycling process that allows a significant saving of water. This place must contribute directly and indirectly to sustainable development, with the integration of an environmental approach allowing to observe a high energy performance. This will be possible thanks to the production of RES by PV integration or the recovery of heat from the process to heat the plant. The company's ambition is not only to meet environmental standards, but to exceed them. In addition, the plant will contribute to sustainable development by offering, at the end of the processing process, 99% pure recycled products of the highest quality. These products can be reused in the turf industry or in products of different quality
