Mastery of French is a vector of integration and access to autonomy. In this sense, the project "Valorisation of experience and linguistic reinforcement" is aimed at a job-seeking public with a migrant background who encounters integration difficulties on a professional and linguistic level. The action is intended for the inhabitants of the Grand Troyes mainly from the Priority Districts having signed a Republican Integration Contract. Its objective is to support them in the development and validation of a realistic professional project in the short and medium term, reinforced by the consolidation of the learning of French for usual and professional use. The implementation of the action must enable each beneficiary to: -to take stock of their skills, knowledge and background: making the most of transferable learning towards socio-professional integration in France. -build a professional project taking into account economic realities and personal circumstances: identify a job that is consistent with the job market and in line with its profile (personal and professional interests). -discover and facilitate the use of the digital tool for professional (job search) and social purposes (fill in the paperless files of various administrations). -better communicate orally and in writing. -remove obstacles to integration and occupational stabilization.
