Mastery of French is a vector of integration and access to autonomy. To this end, the "Professional Language Enhancement" project is aimed at young allophone NEETs and aims to: -Strengthening and consolidating the learning of French -Accompanying young people in the construction of their professional career. In addition to the FLE courses, the pedagogical approach and the partnerships set up with the Mission Locale and France Travail will allow the young person to initiate, through local support, the construction of a professional project that takes into account economic realities and his personal situation. A preparatory phase of 4 weeks carried out by the Local Mission will allow young people benefiting from the EYC to initiate the first courses of FLE, to initiate a preparatory work of career guidance and to prepare the young person to integrate the project in a dynamic where a strong personal investment will be required. During 6 weeks, the young person will progress in autonomy and in his various learnings. He will be able to work on linguistic content and / or work on collaborative projects through a pedagogy that will focus on the valorization of the young person in his previous career (acquired, skills, know-how, ...) and the progressive development of the professional project and an action plan adapted to each. In order to secure his journey, he will be followed by a single interlocutor (Local Mission or France Travail).
