The project consists in creating a leisure centre on the banks of the river La Blanche, in the immediate vicinity of the town centre of the commune of Selonnet. It aims to create a large play area for families, composed of aquatic swimming islands and outdoor games, and to develop several surrounding areas (spaces for fishing - No Kill course, educational pond to raise awareness of the ecosystem present in wetlands, gentle paths along La Blanche for pedestrians and cyclists, hiking circuits for families on the theme of pastoralism and the forest, landscaped parking).
