The operation is aimed at the energy renovation of the Lycée Rimbaud in Istres and is part of the strong energy and environmental ambitions of the Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur Region. This includes improving the thermal performance of the envelope and technical installations and improving thermal comfort. These objectives are reflected in the achievement of the BBC Renovation level, a 30% reduction in overall primary energy consumption, a 40% reduction in final energy heating consumption, a 50% reduction in electricity consumption and ensuring a high level of thermal comfort.
