PASSE 2 Marseille: Socioprofessional Support Course for Trainees of the School of the 2nd chance of Marseille

The E2C Marseille, created in 1998, aims at the professional integration of young people far from employment, through a partnership approach with companies, guidance and integration actors and qualified training organizations. In this context, the PASSE 2 Marseille project, Parcours d'Accompagnement Socioprofessionnel des Stagiaires de l'Ecole de la 2ème chance de Marseille aims to help 1650 young people in a post-health crisis context. These young people have been particularly affected by the crisis, but the recovery seen in the South region represents a good opportunity for professional integration. As part of this 2023-2025 project, E2C Marseille wishes to consolidate local partnerships and develop its pedagogical approach in connection with professions in tension, particularly in the construction, catering and health sectors. Accompanied young people thus benefit from individualised pathways adapted to their projects. These courses, which can range from 2 to 12 months, for a unique course, include periods of alternance in companies allowing them to acquire fundamental skills but also to get in touch with the world of work. The youngster is followed throughout his journey, but also once he has left the course so that the E2C can offer him new opportunities if necessary.
