The Communauté de communes de la Vallée de l'Ubaye Serre-Ponçon (CCVUSP) wishes to renovate the former rescue centre in Barcelonnette by creating a House of Services and Solidarity. The objective of this operation is to improve the visibility of public services for rural residents, to facilitate the user journey, to increase the use of these services and thus to limit the non-use of the rights of local populations.
