In this project we develop a personalized, adaptive and inclusive knowledge evaluation and learning system. In this way, we meet the needs of thousands of neurodivergent and low-achieving students who face obstacles in the regular educational offer. The project is a collaboration between MemoryLab, a Groningen edtech startup that develops adaptive knowledge evaluation and learning technology, ETS, an internationally leading company in the field of fair and valid knowledge testing, and the University of Groningen, a northern knowledge institution with a lot of expertise about the human brain. Over a period of three years, we develop, validate and demonstrate a system that offers students a tailor-made learning process and gives vulnerable and disadvantaged students the opportunity to fully exploit their potential.
