In this ERDF project, Vivaltes wants to work together with its project partners to expand knowledge about the functioning of substances and improve the laboratory model, so that predictive work can be done on health-promoting products and nutritional products for mental and physical fitness on the basis of artificial intelligence and a new gut health model. Finally, this project will use artificial intelligence and data science techniques for the development and preparation of novel foods with the desired health-promoting ingredients in an optimal composition and good concentration.
