The central objective of the project is to activate VVEs and provide intensive guidance up to and including decision-making on energy renovation and applying for grants and loans. This specifically concerns 84 vulnerable VVEs, spread over 21 neighbourhoods in the districts of Zuidoost, Noord and Nieuw-West.
