In PrecisionPack, VCU Robotics, in collaboration with Korf Vis and Wageningen Research, developed a pick-and-place system for the salmon processing industry. Some parts of the processing process are already largely automated, for example filleting and portioning the product. This consortium is developing a system that fully automates these 2 steps and makes human actions unnecessary. .
