Current’Start’ for more inclusion in The Hague!

The ‘Current’Start for more inclusion in The Hague’ project aims to increase the social inclusion and employment rate of former detainees by guiding them towards sustainable work. In The Hague, there is a significant shortage of staff in almost all sectors. By the end of the second quarter of 2023, 23,000 vacancies were open in the The Hague region. At the same time, some 1300 former detainees (again) settle in The Hague every year. With these numbers, The Hague ranks third in the national ranking of aftercare candidates from detention. This project aims to bring these two worlds together. Through this project, the aim is to successfully guide at least 300 candidates to sustainable work in the GTI areas of The Hague.
