This project focuses on increasing the labour mobility of women in Rotterdam's GTI neighbourhoods by training them in digital skills and ICT functions. Women from vulnerable professions, such as care and administration, will have access to accessible digital skills workshops and tailor-made reskilling pathways to ICT jobs with job guarantees. The project offers an opportunity to increase the employment rate of women and to contribute to solving the shortage in the ICT labour market. With an inclusive approach, targeting women with a migrant background, this programme creates sustainable career opportunities in the digital economy.
