EGGcellent: regional innovation cooperation for sustainable egg replacement This project brings together four regional partners around two priority technologies to develop a sustainable egg substitute for the baking industry. Vivici and Proeon work together on innovative ingredients that are processed and tested into a functional prototype. Applikon provides technical expertise to accelerate the development process and works on the further development of their bioreactor systems.
