This project brings together four regional partners around two priority technologies to develop a sustainable egg substitute for the baking industry. Vivici and Proeon work together on innovative ingredients that are processed and tested into a functional prototype. Applikon provides technical expertise to accelerate the development process and works on the further development of their bioreactor systems. Planet B.io will make part of the advanced infrastructure purchased in this project available to regional SMEs.
