Social impact achieved by rapidly creating more affordable, but also attractive and suitable future-proof housing for young people and low-income families. And because of the impact on human capital: construction workers are trained with the skills of tomorrow and students develop enthusiasm for technical professions. Environmental protection through a circular and low-emission way of building, by developing innovations high on the R-ladder, by actually making circular use of materials, by building energy neutral (NOM) and self-sufficient homes. Economic development by accelerating the valorisation of innovations from Limburg (SME) parties, by increasing turnover at Limburg (SME) companies, by (scaling up) production / manufacturing industry in the region and by creating sustainable employment. At the end of the project, the modular, circular housing concept and the innovative circular building materials are almost ready for market introduction and to make an impact.
