Quality in Plastic Recycling (KiK) The KiK project is a collaboration between recyclers and innovative technology developers with the aim of raising the recycling of plastics to a higher level. In order to achieve the climate objectives, circular use of the available raw materials is essential. There is still a lot to be gained for plastics. An important limitation is the lack of insight into the composition and quality of input and output flows. The MADSCAN provides the solution for this. The MADSCAN is a measuring instrument that can quickly, easily and reliably measure large samples of plastic material using an innovative and unique analysis method. With this representative measurement method, recycling processes can be improved and recyclates can be used at a higher level on a large scale. This leads to environmental and economic benefits. In this OPZuid project, MADSCAN is validated, demonstrated and further developed into a finished product by its developers in collaboration with recyclers.share on FacebookTwitterLinkedinEmailreport an issue
