Energy transition Camping Olmenveld and US OUTSIDE In order to meet the Dutch government's objectives of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 55% by 2030 and becoming climate neutral by 2050, changes are now necessary. The partners in this project will develop a solution for this. On the one hand, a heating system is being developed (Camping Olmenveld, US OUTSIDE, Midavaine and Avans University of Applied Sciences with the support of OptiSolar) with which accommodations and sanitary buildings in the tourism sector can be heated in a sustainable way (including showers) and with which electric cooking can be done. The technical challenge of this system is that it must fit into the outdated and weak 10A network of a campsite. On the other hand, a MECU (Modular ESS (Energy Storage Solution) Container Unit) is being developed (EmergoStar and SieTec) with which the generation of sustainable energy can be stored behind the meter (and is also controlled by software via an EMS).share on FacebookTwitterLinkedinEmailreport an issue
