Net congestion. Looking for a scalable solution, the consortium has conceived the plan in this project to hit two birds with one stone. Solve the congestion problem with a group of companies and at the same time set up a sustainable testing ground, where future innovations against grid congestion can also be brought to the market faster. The innovative character lies in the private network (closed distribution system; GDS). This means that one is not dependent on the regional network operator and can act quickly. At the same time, the adjacent public network is taken into account. There is also a private SCO network, startups in the bosom of the university and a springboard to applied scientific research. In addition, we not only look at the use of systems and equipment, but also at behaviour. Finally, the innovative flex assets are used: boiler unit and battery set-up. This is an energy saving of 7 GWh and a reduction of 5.45 kton CO2 emissions.
