The rehabilitation sector suffers from a shortage of intelligent, safe, and affordable tools for hand, wrist, and arm rehabilitation at home, especially for people with Non-Congenital Brain Injury (NAH) and chronic pain. The MoveVRee, a VR rehabilitation tool, is being developed to improve home rehabilitation, with the focus on arm, wrist and hand function in NAH patients. The system offers varied exercises, intrinsic motivation, and insight into progress. The collaboration between InMotion VR, 2M Engineering, the Sint Maartenskliniek, and Hankamp Rehab aims to develop an affordable, lightweight, independently operated prototype. The project aims to harness the recovery capacity, reduce healthcare costs, and boost employment in the region. The solution not only promises a 20% faster recovery time, but also significant savings per client. In addition, it creates employment and contributes to wider economic strengthening of the region
