The Shannon ABC Gateway is a leader in bioresource research – detection, identification, characterisation and valorisation – and collaborates with industry and other research centres in order to deliver this expertise in applied settings. This operation will fund personnel in the Gateway at the TUS Limerick campus whose role it is to increase the level of engagement with industry.
