Mallow Town Hall – THRIVE Strand Two Refurbishment, renovation and adaptive reuse of Mallow Town Hall, a vacant or derelict heritage building owned by Cork County Council in Mallow, Co Cork to create a 200-seat theatre and multi-use arts centre that will have a positive and transformative impact on the urban centre and reduce vacancy and dereliction. • Mallow Town Hall was identified for regeneration in the Integrated Urban Strategy – Draft Mallow Town Framework Plan May 2020 and Cork County Development Plan 2022 – Volume Three North Cork.
