The background to the project is the strong industrial investment taking place in Upper Norrland. A development that leads to a changed role in the Swedish economy for northern Sweden and also places great demands on change and innovation from both the public sector and the business sector. The content and focus of the project gives participating companies an increased understanding and knowledge in the field of sustainability, and an action plan is drawn up for how to work with the implementation of sustainable and circular business models. The ability and understanding of how and in which areas to start and/or continue their transition work has been strengthened. They have acquired knowledge in funding, are more confident in their funding strategy and are prepared in their funding application. The personal and business network is growing and insights and knowledge have been gained and work has begun on changes regarding product and service development, digitalisation and security.
