Acceleration Sthlm will contribute to increased growth, innovation and competitiveness among companies in the Stockholm region. The project will contribute to sustainable commercialization of innovations, professional business development and methods for internationalization. To achieve this, the project will offer advice to SMEs in Stockholm County operating in a wide range of industries and development stages. This also includes areas of smart specialisation. The project aims to achieve a more differentiated and inclusive business sector. In reality, this means stepping up sustainability efforts, facilitating digital progress, promoting gender equality, equal treatment and non-discrimination regardless of background, gender and age. The goal is to contribute to the vision of the Stockholm region as Europe's most attractive metropolitan region by 2050. The possibilities for companies to cooperate with actors within the existing business promotion system will also be strengthened.
