Efforts to strengthen the innovation ecosystem for additive manufacturing in Life Science in Uppsala There is a great need for strengthened and targeted collaboration to increase the utilization of the research and development that takes place in additive manufacturing (AM) in Uppsala. There is also a need for new processes and working methods for innovation and entrepreneurship. The project aims to strengthen the innovation ecosystem for AM in Uppsala and nearby regions and the project's primary target group is business-promoting actors within AM. Through the development of new collaboration and innovation processes within the research and development environments that already exist, and through the establishment of a central AM facility at Akademiska Hospital, the project contributes to creating important conditions for regional and sustainable development of both business and healthcare.
