In light of the large establishments taking place in Upper Norrland right now, we are in the midst of a paradigm shift where sustainable transformation of both business and society is imperative. Building sustainable and attractive sites that offer attractive living environments for people will be central to enabling a green expansion in northern Sweden. The policy area is based on a holistic approach to the shaping of the entire human environment. The project aims to solve the problem of the lack of a unifying node for the policy area in Upper Norrland. The project goal of the project is the establishment of an accepted node as an innovation environment, with associated activities, for the policy of designed living environment in Upper Norrland. The innovation environment also builds capacity for green transition. Primary target groups are public actors who have a direct bearing on community development and who will thereby be involved in the project's activities with the aim of building capacity and creating an innovative environment.
