The project addresses the challenge that small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Småland are characterized by weak growth and need to invest in growth and innovation. The project goal is to develop SMEs' data-driven capabilities in the Linnaeus region through both knowledge-enhancing and practical activities with the support of artificial intelligence (AI), High Performance Computing (HPC) and thereby give SMEs opportunities to take important steps on their digital development journey within a society-changing technology area. The project's work package aims to increase the level of knowledge about data-driven development, both at the basic level and deeper technical level, which gives SMEs the opportunity to streamline their operations, reduce their cost mass and develop new sustainable services and products. The business package around business models gives companies deeper insights into how technology can affect their existing business, but also insights into how they can develop their business/products and services in a profitable way.
