By starting from the needs of the companies, the project's activities will support 600 SMEs in Norra Mellansverige, with the right efforts to the right company. To meet the need for green transition in the business sector, the project will contribute to accelerating sustainable transition in companies by providing the conditions to develop sustainable business models and strengthen leadership for transition and gender equality. The project will contribute to increased economic resilience of companies and strengthen their long-term ability to manage change. The project will also highlight and match the right capital to the needs of the companies. If more entrepreneurs can grow their companies with the right capital, the conditions for green investments and a sustainable transition and a competitive business sector will increase. Continuous learning, collaboration and exchange of experience between the Almi companies, with smart specialisation actors and the rest of the promotion system will be in focus and have a residual effect even after the project has ended.
