KHUL - Competence, sustainable development, learning

In order for the metal industry to be competitive and contribute to the green transition and employment, the supply of skills is a prerequisite. A well-functioning supply of skills is central to raising productivity and strengthening companies' competitiveness. The industry's climate transition imposes new skills requirements, which is why upskilling is needed in order for the technology shift to be realized. KHUL-Project will contribute with appropriate organization / staffing, employees with the right skills in order to create a sustainable, attractive workplace. During the project, the target group will have been given the opportunity to acquire the right skills for new assignments. It is about theoretical and practical knowledge but also changing ways of working, insights into Rönnskär's part in a sustainable society. Rönnskär's employees should be able to act more proactively to meet both energy and climate goals as well as more efficient production and at the same time have a working environment that contributes to lifelong learning without being harmful to health.
