Access to the right skills is important for developing competitive companies in the areas of Specialisation in Halland. In order for companies and organizations to be able to meet the future with the right skills, these and relevant collaboration actors need to know what needs exist and what structures are needed to meet these needs. The goal of the pre-study is to find out what skills needs companies identify and what support structures the companies consider need to be developed in order to attract or develop relevant skills in the Halland areas of Smart Specialisation.
