From a horizontal perspective, S3 Värmland will map and identify the digitalization needs in Forest Bioeconomy, Digital Health Innovation, Advanced Manufacturing and Complex Systems, Attraction through Sustainable Site Development, Sustainable System Solutions with Solar Power in the Center, Food in Sustainable Interaction and Computer Games and Gamification, the areas of Smart Specialization in Värmland. Will inventory already developed tools and working methods to in the next step create consensus and in the best way integrate and develop tools for increased digitization. The pre-study will result in a report with increased knowledge, insights and suggestions on working methods for actors and organizations that drive smart specialization. The digital transition is fast-paced and the take-up of tech requires both cutting-edge and broad-based digital skills. Compare will then, together with other actors, actively work to gradually develop and raise the level of digitalisation in a socially safe and robust way.
