In 2020, transport and machinery accounted for 40 per cent of Sweden's greenhouse gas emissions. The fact that regions and municipalities work with their own operations and operate externally creates good conditions for business and the public to change. The project goal is to increase the regional use of renewable fuels and accelerate the industry's investments in new vehicle technology, tank and charging infrastructure and new smart and resilient energy solutions. This is achieved by mobilising and supporting public organisations in their transition work. The primary target group for the project's activities is participating municipalities and regions. The project's working method is based on all project participants being offered both joint and individually tailored expert support, which is tailored to local needs and conditions. In addition, you are offered the opportunity to participate in relevant networks, seminars, workshops and training courses. The project also implements county-wide initiatives for regional development.
