Increased flexibility for SMEs through new tariff models This project will give companies better opportunities to reduce their energy costs by directing their loads to times that benefit the local electricity grid. The network benefits generated will be priced to incentivise greater network benefits. Through analyses of measurement data for the customer and also higher up in the network at the system level, new tariff models will be designed. The project sees upcoming problems with an increasing number of people wanting to control their loads according to the spot price on the power exchange. This will create major disruptions to the local power grid when everyone wants to use the capacity at the same time. New tariff models based on the benefits provided to the local electricity network slow down the effect of only following the spot price. This ensures that companies can continue to control their loads to reduce their costs, but now by providing benefits also to the local electricity grid. The target group is small and medium-sized enterprises. But this project will also benefit individuals who have similar needs.share on FacebookTwitterLinkedinEmailreport an issue
