The challenge is to create a sustainable transition in manufacturing SMEs. Through support from the academy and increasing skills directly in production, the project will create increased competitiveness. Knowledge to drive development in sustainable production and introduce new working methods and changed working methods for better resource utilization in industry. Webinars will inspire and create important exchanges of experience for at least 30 SMEs. 15 SMEs will receive support for scaling up working methods and, developing sustainable entrepreneurship and skills development of their staff. We will challenge companies to think in new ways that create value, innovation and equality that is achieved with skills enhancement and increased ability to influence. 2-3 SME will be piloted towards research projects where we currently have no given solutions. Communication and dissemination of important learning will take place in the project, outside the project, to industry, young people and its teachers to create an image where industry can make a difference in society.
