The pre-study will provide answers to whether the conditions exist for developing the single-family house industry and "self-construction activities" that help to support the business community's ability to steer towards circular cycles in Jämtland Härjedalen. This is based on a more streamlined and business-promoting model than previously established in other places in Sweden. The pre-study intends to show the business models that can arise for the single-family house industry by adopting more circular material flows that can be reused in semi-finished products production to shorten the completion time in Self-construction operations. The pre-study intends to develop an implementation project linked to one or more decentralized test beds for self-brewing and reuse, but also form an ownership picture of stakeholders for such an activity with actors from both civil society, business and municipality/public actors.
