Finding the right skills is perceived as the main obstacle to growth in companies. In addition, there are rapid technological shifts and changes in the world around us that place high demands on adaptability and that existing staff develop and build on their knowledge during their working lives. The project will create better conditions for companies to increase their ability to attract and recruit the right skills and develop and retain existing skills. Companies should also be made more aware of relevant training providers and contact points.
