Smart Transition

The long-term aim of the project is to strengthen companies' ability to commercialise new knowledge in order to stand as winners in the green transition. In order to achieve this goal, primarily small and medium-sized enterprises need to gain insight and knowledge about the ongoing social transformation and tools to develop their operations towards a circular economy. The project will support companies to develop innovative circular economy business models and material flows, in particular with a focus on quality assurance, logistics and reprocessing. It also includes the establishment and development of innovation and test environments to tackle regional challenges through networking and Test and Demo experiences. One step in the development is also to strengthen the interaction between companies and researchers in order to promote technology transfer. International outlook is an important component of the project, both for possible business exchange and for knowledge and inspiration.
