The massive investments currently underway or planned in northern Sweden are crucial for Sweden to achieve its climate goals. The industrial and societal transition is fast-paced, which significantly challenges traditional structures and systems. It is therefore of the utmost importance to raise the issue, which is about resilience, to the organizational and societal level. The support structure needs to be developed to meet the challenges posed by the green industrialisation of Northern Sweden and Västernorrland. Accessible and coordinated support structures are needed to support innovation and further develop capacity in rural and sparsely populated areas. We are facing new demands and need to increase our flexibility and ability to adapt based on what is happening, both in terms of organizations and their resources. The project will address these challenges.
