Sustainable export and international sales International tourism is on its way to a post-pandemic recovery, according to the UNWTO. The Swedes' holiday in Dalarna during the pandemic did not outweigh the loss of international guests. Given the current economic situation, end consumers in Sweden have less financial means to travel and experience. But the situation is different in the foreign markets and there is great potential to attract visitors. The project assumes that small and medium-sized hospitality companies do not have sufficient capacity to further develop and/or maintain their competitiveness and growth in an international market. The project will provide guidance to companies in export maturity linked to content, choice of target group and market through advice and coaching individually and in small groups. The project will contribute with knowledge and help for companies in their international sales.
