New societal challenges mean an ever-accelerating pace of change and the municipalities in Västerbotten need to change and innovate in order to deliver welfare and services with maintained quality and efficiency to residents and companies. Digitalization is a fundamental pre-requisite for success. The project DVIS will highlight the municipalities' competence, ability and capacity in digitalization through collaboration and collaboration. The purpose of the project is to give the municipalities management skills, basic conditions in IT architecture and to introduce information security in the municipal work. These are key areas for developing established structures where municipalities have a clear ability to procure and own over a desired development. A common basic level for digitization and a common way of working to realize collaboration and co-development will be established.
