The goal of the project is that regional SMEs (SMEs) in life science, materials science, food and chemistry will have increased their innovation capacity and thus their competitiveness, through increased use of laboratories, equipment halls, instruments and skills of participating nodes. Through the design of a One Point entry portal, Malmö University, Lund University, Smile and Medeon contribute to further developing the region's innovation infrastructure. The portal provides SMEs with advice, information and skills transfer and broadened access to resources. A roadmap is created that shows how pre-clinical and clinical research is implemented in the portal. The project is a further development of the Open Lab Skåne arena, developed from the needs of the target group, where we have had continuous contact with SMEs. In the long term, the project contributes to strengthening innovation in the region, the UN's global goals and sustainable development, by making resources in the region available to SMEs.
