The aim of the project is to strengthen SMEs' capacity for sustainable transition and long-term competitiveness through increased use of advanced digitalisation. The project also aims to develop collaboration between the public and private sectors to promote business, service, product and business development as well as the public sector's digital transformation. Through a digitally advanced development program (DAV) aimed at SMEs in Västernorrland and the creation of a Development Arena for GovTech to promote collaboration between the public sector and business, the project creates the conditions for development with the help of qualified digitization. Through the establishment of an open test bed for advanced digital technologies for the region's business and public sector, collaboration with academia is developed. The GovTech area also provides opportunities for the internationalisation of the region's business sector
